RÉDUIT & Wise.Blue

RÉDUIT ran a marketing campaign on Twitter using Wise.Blue services, the goal of the campaign was to drive the Twitter audience to the website by promoting RÉDUIT’s Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals. During the holiday shopping period audiences are the most receptive, this means that during this time increased traffic and sales are highly likely. 

The target audience for this campaign was English speaking females aged 25+, they would need to be a Twitter user who accesses their accounts from a Desktop, iOS or Android device. The US, UK, AU, IE, CA markets were all targeted with the same deals and offers throughout the Black Friday weekend. The main message for this campaign was to communicate the special deals to the customers and promote the 35% discount which ran for both Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

How

Message setup:

1st: The message invited the audience to get notified
about special deals for Black Friday Sales period. 

2nd: The message included a reminder promoting a 35% discount offer. 

Heart2Remind Ad format provides clients with a unique feature to activate the users attention during important events or brand deals. It helps to increase traffic to a
website if the users are informed about upcoming deals
and events which brands are hosting.

 

 

 

 

Results

The client was purely focused on performance and especially conversion. After running the campaign from November 24th- December 5th, The Cyber Monday campaign proved to be more effective while generating two purchases (US: desktop and mobile). This may be because the size of the audience increased on Cyber Monday from RÉDUIT using Wise.Blue ad feature - Heart2Remind. With this Ad format, reminders were sent out informing customers of upcoming deals.
